Who we are

Release Guard Labs Limited is a company registered in Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at mark@releaseguardlabs.io.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, company name and message you enter, together with your IP address and browser identifier. We use these to reply to your enquiry and to prevent abuse of the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and in keeping the form usable.

We do not use advertising trackers. Page views are measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Who processes it

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and provides cookie-free analytics.
• Resend Inc. delivers contact form messages to our inbox, from servers in the European Union.
• Cloudflare Inc. provides DNS for this domain and the Turnstile check on the contact form.
• Google LLC provides our email inbox.

Each of these processes data under its own agreement with us and does not use it for its own purposes. Some are based outside the European Economic Area and rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision for transfers.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for tracking or marketing. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived value in your browser to complete its check that you are not an automated script.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on a conversation, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the contract and its records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
